JMlab的JMLQ-03全自动落球定制设备成功通过青岛科技大学验收测试

近日，由有限公司科技有限公司（JMlab）与青岛科技大学材料科学与工程学院联合研制的全自动滚珠试验装置在青岛科技大学顺利完成了验收试验。

该设备完全根据客户的实际测试需求进行了定制。在大学技术团队的密切沟通和指导下，JMlab成功实施了多项行业领先的技术，解决了传统落球和飞镖测试设备中长期存在的操作难题。

三大核心技术突破：

1.激光定位系统： Achieves precise landing point positioning, effectively overcoming the technical shortcomings of most products on the market that cannot correct the landing point position.

2.自动升降功能： Traditional equipment often uses manual adjustment, resulting in inaccurate height and requiring manual measurement, especially inconvenient for high-position operation. JMlab's JMLQ-03 equipment adopts a high-precision automatic lifting mechanism with controllable lifting speed, significantly improving testing efficiency and data accuracy.

3.用户友好的安全保护： The enlarged protective cover design provides a more spacious observation area, allowing users to directly capture the instantaneous changes of samples under impact.

4.支持多样本测试：灵活的夹具设计为客户解决了样品处理问题，满足了多样化的用户需求。
