Recently, a high-end universal testing machine custom-built for an Australian enterprise completed final debugging at [XX Company]'s production facility. With a rated capacity of 10 tons and featuring a gantry frame design, the equipment successfully passed the client’s remote video acceptance inspection due to its exceptional precision control and customized solutions.

During this collaboration, the client imposed stringent requirements on measurement accuracy and functional modules. The company’s technical team collaborated closely with business departments through cross-border technical meetings, achieving three customized innovations in critical areas:

Implementation of micrometer-level high-precision sensors with digital compensation technology

Development of a rapid-switching system for specialized fixtures

Integration of test procedures compliant with AS 1391 standards

“Through our cloud-based debugging platform, we shared real-time operational data with the client,” stated the project manager. “During the 72-hour continuous stability test, the equipment’s positioning repeatability accuracy reached ±0.1% FS, significantly exceeding contractual specifications.”

Throughout the acceptance process, the client witnessed key procedures—including dynamic loading tests and ultimate pressure tests—via high-definition video systems, commending the equipment’s response speed and data acquisition accuracy. This successful delivery marks international recognition for the company’s high-end customized testing equipment and establishes a crucial foundation for expanding into the Oceania market.

It is reported that both parties have initiated a second round of technical consultations regarding new composite material testing, with plans to establish a joint laboratory.
