Der Probenahmer besteht aus zwei dicht montierten Edelstahlrohren. Der Probenahmer verfügt am Ende über eine eingebaute Probenahmeflasche. Das äußere Rohr hat einen Satz von Schlitzen, und das innere Rohr (leitfähig)hat eine entsprechende Reihe von Schlitzen. Bei der Probenahme werden die Schlitze beider Rohre geschlossen und die Probe wird unter einem bestimmten Winkel in das Material eingesetzt. Nach Erreichen der festgelegten Tiefe,der Griff gedreht wird, um die Schlitze zu öffnen, und die Probe gelangt durch die geöffneten Schlitze in die Probenahmesonde ein. Vor dem Entfernen der Sonde sollten die Schlitze geschlossen werden. Nach dem Entnehmen der Probe wird die Probenahmesonde umgekehrt und das gesammelte Material am Ende in den Probenbehälter gegossen. Die Probenahme erfolgt ohne die Notwendigkeit einer sekundären Probenaufnahme. 

Produktanwendungen:

Es eignet sich für die Verbundprobenangabe von Materialien wie pharmazeutischen Pulver, kleinen Granulaten oder kristallinen chemischen Produkten, Boden, Zement, Futter und Dünger. Es ist auch geeignet, Proben von Pflanzen wie Mais, Sojabohnen, Reis, Samen, Erdnüsse, Weizen und Getreide zu sammeln.

Standard materials: 304 stainless steel; other materials (customizable): 201 stainless steel, galvanized pipes, brass.

Number of slots: 3 slots; Slot dimensions: Slot width 16mm, Slot length 114mm; Spacing between three slots: 50mm (other slot sizes can be customized); Up to 10 slots.

Instructions for use: Before use, rotate the handle to close the orifice. After inserting to a certain depth, rotate 90° to open the sampling orifice. The sampling orifice will then rotate and fill with water. Rotate again to close the orifice and then pull it out. The bottle-type sampling sampler conforms to GB/T 6679-2003 "General Rules for Sampling of Solid Chemical Products".
