Công cụ này được thiết kế, phát triển và sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn Cộng hòa Nhân dân Trung Quốc GB / T269 " Xác định sự thâm nhập nón của mỡ bôi trơn và mỡ dầu" và theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế ISO2137 " Xác định sự thâm nhập nón của mỡ bôi trơn và mỡ dầu mỏ, " tuân thủ các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và các quy định liên quan. Nó là một thiết bị đo thâm nhập nón thông minh, chính xác cao tích hợp kiểm soát nhiệt độ, đo và tính toán tự động. Nó có một bồn tắm nước nhiệt độ ổn định điện tử nhiệt độ cao và thấp tích hợp, loại bỏ nhu cầu thiết bị tuần hoàn nhiệt độ thấp bên ngoài. Nó phù hợp để xác định tính nhất quán của mỡ bôi trơn và mỡ dầu mỏ, và cũng có thể được sử dụng để xác định tính nhất quán của sáp chứa dầu không trải qua mồ hôi và loại bỏ dầu. Nó cũng phù hợp với các phương pháp thử nghiệm được chỉ định trong GB1790 " Dược phẩm Vaseline, " và được sử dụng để đo độ cứng của mỡ bôi trơn, xơ dầu, thuốc mỡ dược phẩm hoặc các chất bán rắn khác. Performance characteristics

(1) A 7-inch full-color touchscreen human-machine interface with rich and intuitive content, convenient operation, and built-in memory function.

(2) It features an internal thermostatic water bath with heating/cooling functions, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.05°C.

(3) Stepper motor for rapid lifting and lowering + encoder for coarse/fine adjustment, with position memory and automatic cone tip positioning functions.

(4) Frictionless free fall of the cone assembly, high-precision displacement acquisition, and automatic locking of cone penetration.

(5) At the end of each test, the unique test cone assembly automatically grabs and lifts the components.

(6) After all tests are completed, the average cone penetration test results are automatically recorded and calculated.

(7) With 200 data storage functions, you can view historical records at any time and transfer data to a USB flash drive or computer printouts.

(8) Optional features include an RS-485 interface (ModBus protocol) for data networking; or a thermal printer set, one of the two options.

(9) It provides illustrated help information for installation, operation, verification, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
