Product Introduction

This product is mainly used for testing and inspecting the mechanical properties, damping performance, and large deformation of rubber bearings, including vibration isolation rubber bearings, plate rubber bearings, pot bearings, and spherical bearings, used in highways, railways, bridges, and buildings. It can perform vertical bearing capacity tests, friction coefficient tests, torque tests, compressive modulus of elasticity tests, shear modulus of elasticity tests, ultimate compressive strength tests, friction coefficient tests, and tests on axial compression deformation and radial deformation under rated load. It also performs tests on compressive modulus of elasticity, shear modulus of elasticity, shear bonding performance, shear aging resistance, friction coefficient, and ultimate compressive strength.     

Product Application Scope

This product employs microcomputer-controlled multi-stage hydraulic loading, ensuring smooth continuous loading, multi-stage test force maintenance, automatic data acquisition and storage, curve plotting, and automatic test report printing. The computer controls the test process in real-time, displays the test force and test curves, and is simple, reliable, and easy to operate. It also utilizes high-precision force sensors for force measurement, high-precision displacement sensors for displacement measurement, and high-performance servo valve components, ensuring stable and reliable overall performance.
