Product Introduction 

The fully automatic kinematic viscosity meter is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T265.

The instrument employs a modular design. The detection section utilizes advanced sensors and high-precision AD conversion circuits, while the main control section employs a highly reliable 16-bit RISC architecture with multiple industrial applications and ultra-low power consumption microprocessors. Reliable communication integrates all modules into a unified and reliable measurement and control platform. The program uses a high-quality, streamlined modular design, organically integrated with the hardware, enabling fully automated completion of all tasks in the kinematic viscosity measurement process, including heating and temperature control, liquid level detection, timing, cleaning of the viscosity tube, and printing, achieving one-button result output. The fully automatic kinematic viscosity meter has four preset measurement parameters for selection when testing different samples, facilitating operation. These preset parameters are also modifiable to meet the requirements of measuring special samples. The fully automatic kinematic viscosity meter has a factory reset function; if the settings are incorrectly adjusted, the "reset to factory settings" option can be selected to restore normal operating conditions. Furthermore, the instrument's internal self-test function ensures long-term continuous reliability.

This instrument uses a fiber optic transmission detection method, which is completely different from the ordinary optical dot tube detection method used by other manufacturers.
