Product Introduction

The JMMF-W1 sealing tester, also known as an airtightness detector or leak tester, is mainly suitable for sealing tests of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc., in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automobiles, electronic components, and stationery. The W1 model is a new type of non-destructive (water) leak detection instrument. The instrument uses the differential pressure principle, has high testing accuracy, and is convenient and fast.

(1) The system uses a 5.6-inch full-touch color LCD screen with a clear user interface, allowing users to quickly and easily set parameters and perform experimental operations.

(2) Easy to operate, with preset parameters set, it automatically determines pass/fail status, making it convenient for universities and colleges.

(3) It integrates a high-precision, small-volume differential pressure sensor and incorporates a self-developed intelligent test valve island component, offering long lifespan and excellent stability.

(4) It has multiple connection methods, including RS232/485 and Ethernet interfaces.

(5) (Supports Modbus) Configuring the scan interface enables data management.

(6) Multiple leakage units are available for switching: Pa, mL/min, Pa/s, sccm, and PaHr.

(7) Powerful data storage capabilities, supporting 100,000 data entries, viewable and exportable via USB.

(8) Supports multi-level user management permissions (up to 10 username groups can be added).

(9) Test chambers can be customized according to customer samples. 

Test Principles

Using the differential pressure testing principle, pressurized gas is injected into the sealed cavity of the test sample, and the sealing performance of the test sample is quickly determined by the change of differential pressure sensor.
