JM-YQ35 Sampler (with sampling bottle at the end)

Working Principle

The sampler consists of two well-made steel pipes. The product comes with a sampling bottle, and the outer pipe has custom-made slots according to requirements. The internal pipe has the same number of slots. During sampling, the inner and outer pipes are inserted obliquely into the sample in a sealed manner, and then the handle of the outer pipe is rotated to collect the sample.

Standard material: 304 stainless steel; Service life: 8 years

Number of slots: 3 slots

Groove dimensions: Groove width 14mm, Groove length 65mm

The spacing between the three slots is 20mm (other slots can be customized).

Tail end requirements: straight-through sampling, with a sampling bottle at the end.

Instructions For Use: 

First, close the handle to close the sampling port. Tilt the sampler into the material and rotate the handle 90° to open the sampling port. The sample will flow into the sampler. After rotating, close the handle and pull it out vertically at 90°, directly into the end sampling bottle.
