Product Introduction

The packaging bag compression strength tester is a commonly used instrument for testing the compression resistance of packaging bags. It is widely applicable to various nitrogen-filled packaging bags, liquid milk packaging bags, sauce packaging bags, and can also be used for testing the compression resistance of infusion bags, plastic infusion bottles, blood bags, etc. It meets standards such as GB/T10004-2008 "Dry Lamination and Extrusion Lamination of Plastic Composite Films and Bags for Packaging".

Test principle:

The sample is clamped between two chucks of the fixture, and the two chucks move relative to each other. The force value sensor located on the moving chuck collects the force value changes during the test. After reaching the set pressure, the pressure is maintained. If the sample does not break or leak during the entire process, it is considered qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified.
