Since the main factors affecting the coating film include coating speed and the pressure applied to the coating applicator, manually coated coatings often exhibit inconsistencies, especially between different operators, making it difficult to compare test results between samples. The JM-TBU-S1 integrated wire bar and doctor blade coating testing machine is meticulously designed to allow operators to easily coat precise wet films on different substrates. By controlling the speed and maintaining stable pressure, it ensures coating effect, uniformity, and stability, greatly improving coating reproducibility.

Japanese OSP wire rod wet film thicknesses are available in (0, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 25, 30, 35, 40, 42, 45, 47, 50, 52, 60, 64, 76, 80, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 120, 150 μm), with expandable functionality (optional).

To cater to different coatings, substrates, and testing needs, various functions are available, including heating, vacuum adsorption, automatic feeding, UV curing, air knife drying, and waste tank.
