Product Applications:

The JM-TBU-S2T coating tester is used for coating sample testing of paints, adhesives, hot melt adhesives, conductive materials, nanomaterials, etc. on materials such as paper, non-woven fabrics, glass, copper foil, and aluminum foil.

Since the main factors affecting coating film include coating speed and the pressure applied to the coating machine, manually coated coatings often exhibit inconsistencies, especially between different individuals, making it difficult to compare test results between samples. This coating testing machine features automatic coating, adjustable coating speed, and quantitatively adjustable coating pressure. This fundamentally solves the shortcomings of manual coating. It can produce wet films with good repeatability and accurate film thickness, thus providing stable coating samples for the measurement and research of various coating properties.
