Electronic peel tester is used to test the peel strength and dynamic shear strength of adhesive tapes and similar products (with additional shear strength test plates).
Test principle: The sample is clamped between the two chucks of the fixture, and the two chucks make relative movements. Through the force sensor located on the movable chuck and the reading ruler that comes with the fuselage, the force value change and displacement change during the test are collected, so as to calculate the tensile, peeling, dynamic shear strength, elongation and other performance indicators of the sample.
