Product Introduction:

The electronic thickness gauge adopts the mechanical contact measurement method, which strictly meets the standard requirements and effectively guarantees the standardization and accuracy of the test. It is professionally suitable for accurate thickness measurement of various materials such as plastic film, sheet, diaphragm, paper, foil, silicon wafer, etc.

Test Principle:

The thickness gauge adopts the contact test principle to intercept a certain size sample. The measuring head of the thickness gauge automatically lands on the sample and tests the thickness value of the sample under a fixed pressure and a fixed contact area.

Scope Of Application:

It is suitable for accurate thickness measurement of hard and soft materials such as various films, thin sheets, diaphragms, composite films, paper, cardboard, glass, foils, silicon wafers, metal foils, hard sheets, textile materials, solid electrical insulators, non-woven materials, etc. in the range of 5mm. With a resolution of 0.1um, it is widely used in film, aluminum foil production enterprises, quality inspection agencies and other units.
