Product Introduction
The 23-liter Valley Dutch beater is an international standard piece of equipment in papermaking laboratories and an essential tool for researching pulping and papermaking processes. This machine uses the mechanical force generated by the flying knife rollers and the bottom knife to cut, crush, knead, split, swell, and refine various fiber pulps and waste paper. Simultaneously, it causes displacement and deformation of cell walls, and rupture of the primary and secondary cell walls. By varying the pressure applied to the bottom knife and the beating time, pulps with different degrees of freeness can be obtained for studying the properties of the pulp and the resulting paper sheets. Valley beaters are widely used for beating experiments with various plant fibers, synthetic fibers, carbon fibers, and glass fibers, and are indispensable experimental equipment for papermaking production testing, quality control, process development, and teaching and research experiments. This machine meets the requirements of ISO 5264/I, TAPPI-T200, and GB/T24325-2009 standards for the laboratory beating-Valley beater method. This model allows for adjustment of the heavy thallium pressure and beating time, and automatically controls the beating time to obtain different experimental results.
Features
1. The key wet parts such as the slurry tank, fly knife, and bottom cutter are all made of stainless steel, which is durable and corrosion-resistant.
2. Electrical switches and other components are all installed on top of the machine to prevent water ingress and ensure high safety.
3. The upper splash guard is removable for easy cleaning.
4. Equipped with an automatic cleaning interface, it can automatically clean the flying knife bottom blade and slurry tank when connected to a water or air source. It also comes with a slurry tank cleaning gun, making bottom blade and inner wall cleaning easy and more convenient to use and maintain.
