Product Introduction

To meet the requirements of more precise test data and stricter quality control, the JMDL-M3 intelligent electronic tensile testing machine has been upgraded with improved testing software, electronic hardware, and mechanical structure compared to the original equipment. It is suitable for testing the tensile, peel, deformation, tear, heat-sealing, adhesion, puncture force, opening force, low-speed unwinding force, and pull-out force of products such as plastic films, composite materials, flexible packaging materials, plastic hoses, adhesives, adhesive tapes, self-adhesive labels, medical patches, medical devices, release paper, protective films, combination caps, metal foils, diaphragms, backing materials, non-woven fabrics, rubber, and paper.

Technical features

(1) An 8-inch industrial-grade color resistive touchscreen with a clear view, menu-driven interface, sensitive touch, and easy operation;

(2) It integrates multiple independent test procedures such as tensile, peel, heat seal, tear, opening, and puncture, providing users with a variety of test items to choose from;

(3) The equipment supports both tensile and compressive testing modes, and the process and return speeds can be adjusted arbitrarily.

(4)Equipped with a high-precision force sensor from American company Worldcom, the force resolution can reach 0.001N, and the stability is better than 1%, effectively ensuring the accuracy of the test results;

(5)Equipped with an imported high-precision, high-speed sampling chip, it ensures a high-speed acquisition frequency and can accurately capture the instantaneous force and deformation of the sample.

(6) It is equipped with force sensors of various specifications and provides a convenient sensor replacement structure. The sensor connection cable adopts a quick-connect replacement method.

(7)The operating system is equipped with a Panasonic servo motor, which features low operating noise, stable pulses unaffected by external interference, and high displacement accuracy.

(8) Equipped with precision-ground ball screws, three-axis positioning technology, and constant temperature assembly process, it can achieve a silent operation, with a displacement accuracy of up to 0.01mm, stepless speed regulation, and smoother operation.

(9)The sample clamping uses a progressive inclined clamping technology and a surface anti-slip treatment process to prevent the sample from slipping out.

(10) With a professional and user-friendly design, the touchscreen controls are positioned to fit the average height.

(11) The power supply uses a high-power multi-stage power supply to provide stable voltage for the machine and has a wider applicable voltage range.

(12)It has a wide range of extended applications and is equipped with a variety of sample holders for users to choose from, which can meet the testing requirements of more than 1,000 materials;

(13) Intelligent designs such as limit protection, overload protection, and automatic return ensure safe operation.

(14) The test curve displays the trend of force value changes in real time during the test;

(15) Historical data can be quickly viewed and test reports can be quickly printed;

(16) The equipment is equipped with a mini printer to print test data in real time;

(17) Equipped with a USB interface and professional control software, it facilitates computer connection and data import/export.

Test Principles

Based on mechanical and electronic measurement technologies, this system applies loads by driving a clamp with a motor, and collects data in real time using force and displacement sensors. The data is then processed and analyzed to derive material mechanical properties such as tensile force, compressive force, breaking force, puncture force, pull-out force, and heat-sealing strength. It is an ideal tool for mechanical testing and research, suitable for various laboratory environments, and features multiple unit switching capabilities to meet internationally recognized testing standards.
