Product Introduction
The JMDL-P3 electronic tensile testing machine, also known as a universal testing machine or intelligent electronic tensile testing machine, is mainly suitable for tensile testing of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc., in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automobiles, electronic components, and stationery. This instrument can test the tensile strength and deformation rate of materials such as plastic films, textiles, and paper-plastic composites. It can also perform peel strength tests and heat seal strength tests on adhesive products and composite materials.
Function: To determine the tensile properties of plastic packaging and polymer materials.
Technical Features
(1) The system is controlled by a microcomputer and equipped with a 7-inch LCD screen,
which makes it convenient for users to quickly set parameters and perform experimental operations.
(2) It uses components from well-known brands, ensuring stable and reliable performance, ultra-long service life, and ultra-low failure rate.
(3)The entire experiment was controlled by a microcontroller and automatically returned to its original pos ition.
(4)The electrical components include a load measurement system and a deformation measurement system;
(5) The test results can be arbitrarily set: tensile strength, deformation rate, and peel strength;
(6) It features curve display and query functions.
(7) Different fixtures can be provided for different materials (customized according to special samples) to facilitate test operation.
