Product Introduction
The dart impact tester, also known as a dart impact testing machine, is a testing machine that measures the energy (expressed as mass) at which 50% of a specimen breaks under the impact of a freely falling dart from a given height. It is suitable for plastic films or sheets, steel plate coatings, and plastic sheets, plastic bottle caps, PET bottle caps, etc., with a thickness of less than 2mm. It meets standards such as GB 9639.1, ASTM D1709, and JIS K7124. It can be used in scientific research, teaching, industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, research institutes, and quality supervision departments.
Test Application:
Plastic sheets less than 2mm thick, plastic bottle caps, PET bottle caps, etc.
Technical Features:
1. The machine has a novel design and is easy to operate;
2. Experimental method A and B dual-mode design;
3. Experimental data processing using a microcomputer;
4. Color touchscreen display operation;
5. The testing process is intelligent and highly efficient;
6. Pneumatic clamping and release of the sample reduces test errors and test time;
7. No manual drawing or marking is required during the experiment; data parameters are displayed on the system's LCD screen.
8. The test data system automatically identifies and calculates data without requiring manual intervention;
9. The test automatically ends when the breakage rate is reached, and the results are output in micro-print.
Test Principle:
Cut a sample of a certain size, clamp the sample in the clamp, select a suitable steel ball to install on the electromagnetic device, release the steel ball and let it fall freely onto the center of the sample, observe the sample breakage, and calculate the breakage rate after multiple tests.
