Application scope:
The JM-HST05 heat sealing tester is mainly used to determine parameters such as heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, and heat sealing pressure of materials such as films, composite films, rigid PVC sheets, and pharmaceutical aluminum foil. This instrument employs PID temperature control technology, enabling it to quickly and accurately reach the set temperature; it is equipped with an imported pressure control system to ensure stable and precise pressure control during testing; and the time setting can be precisely adjusted to 0.1 seconds to meet actual user needs. Test principle:
The heat sealing tester uses a hot-press sealing method. The sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower heat-sealing heads, and the sample is sealed under preset temperature, pressure, and time. Repeated testing provides guidance for users to find the optimal heat-sealing parameters. To ensure rapid and accurate pressure setting, the heat-sealing clamps slowly approach and seal adjacent samples, allowing for precise reproduction of shorter sealing times. The heat-sealing time can be set arbitrarily. Pressing the foot switch compresses the sample; the heat-sealing time is determined by the foot switch's engagement time. Releasing the foot switch separates the upper and lower heat-sealing blades from the compressed state, completing the heat sealing of the sample.
