Product Introduction

JMLQ-01 is a high-efficiency product developed in response to the new standards for pharmaceutical packaging materials. It is suitable for testing the impact resistance of solid pharmaceutical sheets, meeting the quality control requirements of pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical packaging material manufacturers. It is also suitable for testing the impact resistance of rigid sheets used in food packaging.

Instrument Features

1. A large measurement range of 1200mm is sufficient to meet the measurement requirements of 600mm medicine packs.

2. The laser pointer positioning function makes point selection convenient.

3. Highly flexible and adjustable to meet higher testing standards.

4.The ball drop control method adopts DC electromagnetic adsorption control.

5.The 200mm frame height prevents the ball from being lost upon landing.

6.High-strength bottom steel plate, withstands an effective impact height of 1.2m.

Test principle: Cut the sample to approximately 150mm in length and 50mm in width, five in each direction (longitudinal and transverse), and fix the sample on the falling ball impact tester with a span of 100mm.

Select the appropriate steel ball and drop height, allowing the steel ball to fall freely to the center of the span, ensuring that no more than two pieces are damaged in either the longitudinal or transverse direction.
