Product Introduction

The leakage and sealing strength tester is professionally applicable to the quantitative determination of sealing strength, heat sealing quality, and overall burst pressure and leakage performance of various heat-sealed and adhesive-bonded flexible packaging and aseptic packaging. It is also suitable for the quantitative determination of sealing performance of various plastic anti-theft bottle caps, and the quantitative determination of overall sealing performance, pressure resistance, cap connection strength, release strength, heat-sealed edge sealing strength, and tie-in strength of various flexible tubes. Simultaneously, it can also evaluate and analyze the compressive strength and burst strength of materials used in flexible packaging bags, the torsional sealing index of bottle caps, the release strength of bottle cap connections, the stress strength of materials, and the overall sealing, pressure resistance, and burst resistance of the bottle.

Main Features:

1. The system adopts the positive pressure method testing principle, is controlled by a microcomputer, and is equipped with a menu-driven interface, PVC operation panel and TFT touch screen, which makes it convenient for users to perform quick test operations and view data.

2. Dual testing methods for expansion inhibition and expansion non-inhibition are available, allowing users to choose freely according to different testing objectives;

3. Multiple test modes, including burst test, creep test, and creep-to-burst test, meet the different testing needs of users;

4. The test range is selectable, and the test process is "one-click" operated, etc., making it easy to achieve non-standard testing;

5. The professional software supports automatic statistical analysis of test data;

6. Mini printer and standard RS232 interface, facilitating external connections and data transfer between the system and the computer;

7. Supports laboratory data sharing systems for unified management of test results and reports;

Plastic composite bags

Hose testing

Suitable for pressure resistance testing of packaging bags with three sides heat-sealed and one side open.

High voltage test

The maximum test pressure can reach 1.6 MPa.

Anti-theft bottle caps

This product is suitable for testing the sealing performance of various anti-theft bottle caps. Anti-theft bottle caps can include those for cola bottles, mineral water/purified water bottles, beverage bottles, vegetable oil containers, condiment bottles (soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, etc.), easy-open three-piece cans (beer, beverage cans, etc.), and paper packaging cans (cylindrical, various potato chips/shrimp crackers, etc.).
